Welcome
Welcome to The Hannah Cassidy School of Dance offering dance classes to students aged 2+ in the heart of Balsall Common. Across the school, we offer classes in a wide variety of styles including Ballet, Tap, Freestyle, Cheerleading & Contemporary. Students at The Hannah Cassidy School of Dance are given the opportunity to take part in examinations with both the IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association) and BTDA (British Theatre Dance Association) as well as local performances and annual shows!

Meet the Team
At The Hannah Cassidy School of Dance, all of our teachers are highly qualified with recognised exam boards. All our teachers hold first aid certificates and have undergone DBS checks. Find out more about our teaching team below!

Miss Hannah (A.ITDA)
Principal
Having danced for over 20 years, Hannah is a highly experienced teacher with a rich background in dance. Hannah began dancing as a young child partaking in Tap and Ballet classes and discovered her love for Ballet. She has completed many exams with BTDA and taken part in charity showcases which included Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz and Contemporary dance styles.Hannah gained her IDTA Freestyle Associate with Distinction and is a member of the British Theatre Dance Association. Hannah is also a qualified Cheerleading Coach with the British Cheerleading Association (BCA).
Hannah is currently working towards more professional qualifications to continue her professional development.

Miss Zoe (A.IDTA)
Teacher
Zoe has always been very passionate about dance since a young age. As she started to progress, Zoe decided she enjoyed teaching and wanted to start her journey to become a dancer.
Zoe began studying at Pattison College to gain her qualifications in many different genres including Ballet, Tap and Modern Jazz.
Zoe is currently working towards more qualifications to further my professional development.

Miss Kimberley BA(Hons)
Holiday Camp Teacher
Kimberley is triple threat trained- she has an amplitude of Performing Arts qualifications including a degree in Musical Theatre.

Kimberley has been involved in the arts since the young age of 6; when she began her training in singing, dancing, and acting. This led to many successful performing credits and years of teaching experience.
Kimberley’s other qualifications include Grade 8 Music Theatre and a BTEC in Dance.
